Republicans Declare War on Unemployed Americans

The standoff over unemployment benefits continues as thousands of Americans face a bleak job market. A spokesman for Senator Harry Reid says republicans are “declaring an all-out war on unemployed Americans.”

Reid spokesman Jim Manley says "even though Democrats have the votes to give unemployed workers the safety net they deserve, Republicans are callously delaying the vote for an entire day. There are people literally waiting for this assistance to buy food and pay their bills while they search for work. Why should they suffer for another day?"

I am sick and tired of government hand outs. I know of people who are recieving unemplyment and intentionaly do not take jobs because,"they don't pay" enough. I raised 3 children as a single Mom and at times worked 5 part time jobs just to make ends meet. SOOOOOO you can make it without using the goveernment and sit at home on you laurals getting fatter and fatter.
Also, there are people out there who are drawing Social Security and recieving unemplyment at the same time. That's Wrong!!!!!!!!!!! These are people in my own family.

This is why I love coming to this website. If you need a good laugh, vote Democrat. The Republicans aren't declaring war on the unemployed, they just want to know how WE are going to pay for it. But once again, no answer. I wish my ATM card worked like Obama's. Typical Democrat math. It's amazing. Put, no make people go back to work, stop paying them to stay home.
