"No Confidence Rally" Tim O'Connor

Tim O'Connor, President of the Central Oklahoma Labor Federation, AFL-CIO, organized and made remarks calling for the resignation of the State Labor Commissioner Mark Costello. The "No Confidence Rally" was held Monday October 10, 2011.
